Evolution, the leading global supplier of live dealer games for online casinos, has announced earlier this year an agreement to acquire Livespins, an innovative live streaming casino gaming platform, for an initial sum of 5 million euros.

The transaction was set to be executed through Evolution Malta Holding, a subsidiary of Evolution, with the buyer paying 5 million euros upfront for the entire issued share capital of Livespins. Additionally, Evolution has committed to an earn-out payment contingent on Livespins’ financial performance through 2026.

Following the acquisition, Livespins continued to operate as a separate brand within the Evolution Group, joining other renowned brands such as Evolution, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Ezugi, Big Time Gaming, No Limit City, and DigiWheel. The acquisition is expected to be fully completed by the second quarter of 2024.
