Amusnet took part as a golden sponsor at the Bulgarian Diversity Charter’s annual meeting held this May. The event, organized by the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF) and the Centre for the Study of Democracy (CSD), gathered a significant crowd and notable figures.
The meeting saw the participation of over 90 representatives from various Charter community organizations. Among the distinguished guests were Lazar Lazarov, the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy; Assoc. Prof. Ana Dzhumalieva, Chairperson of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination; Dimitar Markov, Director of the Legal Programme of CID; and Levon Hampartzoumian, Chairman of BFBL.
This annual gathering proved to be a substantial platform for businesses and organizations focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This year’s event emphasized the critical role of values in business, offering insightful discussions, invaluable networking opportunities, and a prestigious ceremony recognizing companies for their steadfast commitment to these ideals.
The Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy delivered a compelling address on the significance of diversity and inclusion in today’s corporate environment. He also took part in the certificate presentation ceremony, where over 30 organizations were honored with membership certificates. These new members are now part of a progressive community advocating for diversity and equality within Bulgaria and beyond.
The Charter aims to foster inclusiveness, creating a more welcoming business atmosphere. It serves as a platform for organizations to share best practices and collaborate on initiatives promoting equality and respect for all individuals, celebrating the wealth of diverse perspectives and experiences.
