A third wooden spoon in club history awaits the Titans unless they roll Wests Tigers and then hope the Knights lose to the Eels on Sunday.
After winning eight games and finishing 14th in 2204, the Titans have scraped together just five victories this season and have sat last or equal last on the ladder since Round 13.
Wests Tigers, meanwhile, have enjoyed something of a revival in 2025 with Jarome Luai, Terrell May and Sunia Turuva bringing plenty to the table in their first season at the club.
When the two sides clashed at Leichhardt Oval in Round 20 it was the Tigers scraping home 21-20 courtesy of a field goal from Adam Doueihi, who won't be there this week as he nurses a fractured cheekbone.

Titans: Former Wallaby Carter Gordon and teenager Cooper Bai will make their NRL debuts in Des Hasler's final game as Titans coach. Gordon comes into the centres in place of Jojo Fifita (hamstring) in a reshuffled backline that sees Keano Kini at fullback, AJ Brimson in the centres and Phil Sami on the wing after missing last week's game with a groin injury. Jaylan De Groot and Tony Francis drop out.
Wests Tigers: Winger Jeral Skelton (concussion) is replaced by 18-year-old debutant Heamasi Makasini while Alex Seyfarth's return from suspension pushes Charlie Murray to the reserves.
