NRL announce 2025 NRLW Community Team of the Year

The NRL have announced this year’s NRLW Community Team of the Year, highlighting players who have gone above and beyond off the field to help make change and create brighter days.

The members of the 2025 team were initially nominated by their NRLW clubs after displaying outstanding contributions in their communities and are all also nominees for the Veronica White Medal - Woman of the Year  presented by Westpac award.

The award acknowledges the outstanding work many players do to help uplift others, be it through their involvement in charity work, youth development or community support.

The Team of the Year members (excluding the overall winner) score $1000 for their Junior Rugby League Club, while the overall winner takes home a total of $2000 for their Junior Rugby League Club and $2000 for their selected charity.

The winner of the fan vote will come away with an extra $1000 to give back to their junior rugby league club and a charity, as well as becoming an automatic finalist for the Veronica White Medal – Woman of the Year.
