Raiders v Knights: Sasagi set to start; Jack's back

The Raiders are out to solidify their place at the top of the NRL ladder when they host a desperate Knights on Sunday afternoon.

Ricky Stuart's men currently sit two points clear of the Bulldogs and this weekend is another chance to take a big step towards their first minor premiership in 35 years.

The Raiders have won seven from eight at home this season and the Knights face a tough task if they are to topple their opponents at GIO Stadium.

Newcastle suffered a heart-breaking loss to the Warriors last weekend after conceding a try in the final play of the game.

Currently sitting 14th on the ladder, the Knights need a win to keep their top-eighth hopes alive.

Recent history is on their side, with Newcastle defeating the Raiders in Canberra last year.

Team News

Raiders: The loss of Seb Kris (concussion) sees Simi Sasagi move into the starting side at centre and Noah Martin join the bench.

Knights: Just the one change to the 17 with Jack Hetherington recalled on the interchange after four games in NSW Cup with Thomas Cant moving to 18th man. Brodie Jones is listed among the reserves and could be a late call-up after missing the Warriors game due to illness.
